As a design-build project in beautiful Hilltop, the Glencoe Residence has offered HQA the opportunity to design a home that at once meets contemporary living needs, and references the historic sensibility of its neighborhood.

As an architectural development project, the Glencoe Residence required HQA's full range of services, including proforma development, realty analysis, market research, and complete design and construction administration services.

As a design-build project, it has given HQA the chance to approach each design point as a team with the contractor Consolidated Construction Management (CCM), producing a product that reflects the combined insight and expertise of HQA's architectural and CCM's construction experience.
