Denver Tudor in Crestmoor Park
In the beautiful and established Denver neighborhood of Crestmoor, HQA designed a gracious Tudor that is both welcoming to guests and a statement that helps ground the street. The sloping roof, herringbone brick and timber details, and a chimney that hides a window and porch seat reflect the quirky charm and individualism that are hallmarks for the Tudor Style.
Balancing the traditional exterior is a light and airy, transitional interior. Open concept spaces, fluidity between interior and exterior living, and a set of both intimate and expansive spaces create a home that reflects the modern Colorado family. A generous Pantry with a second sink and set of appliances, and direct garage access for grocery delivery, a convenient Butler's Pantry, a large Mud Room fitted with a storage bench, closet and cubbies, a Bar and Wine Cellar completing the basement Family Room, a secluded Master Reading Nook and thoughtfully design Master Bathroom, and an extensive gathering space centered around an outdoor fire pit and flanked by an outdoor kitchen are collectively designed to accommodate the busiest of families, whether they are hosting their family and friends, or taking advantage of their own retreat.
