Colonial Revival in Denver’s Crestmoor Park
In conjunction with H3 Traditional Homes, HQA developed a home where the sensibilities of Colonial style are refreshed and enlivened by an open, clean-lined interior. While paneled doors, shutters, wrought iron railing, quoins and banding, arched windows and entries accentuate the home's beautiful brick exterior, fine millwork details add homage to the home's traditional style and balance the contemporary open plan.
With a Butler's Pantry, Walk-In Pantry, large Mud Room, Great Room in addition to Living Room, beautifully detailed formal Dining Room, Master Suite featuring a Reading Nook as a safe haven for parents, plus three bedrooms upstairs, and an extensive basement with Family Room, Bar, Media Closets and Guest Bedrooms, this home has everything a Denver family could need for themselves, friends and family.
Instead of builder grade quality, though, with H3's urging, HQA designed these spaces so each one is unique and complements well the others. Viewships from the generous Kitchen and Great Room align the hood and large island from the first and the fireplace and ceiling work from the second, making show pieces of each. Careful proportioning translate the Dining and Living Rooms into jewel pieces. Southern light floods the open stair, tying the three floors together. And the Master Suite becomes an oasis, from the Reading Nook's built-ins to a lavish shower, beautifully appointed tub, and expansive walk-in closet complete with window.
