Survey Items Required

• Spot Elevations at the corners of existing buildings, property corners, where front setback line intersects the side property lines, at the threshold of the exterior doors (including the car garage door), and roof peaks.

• Make sure survey includes the front setback of the neighboring houses needed as reference properties for the primary front setback.

• Fences, site walls and hardscape.

• Email an electronically stamped and signed pdf (for City submittal) and a CAD file (for your architectural design).
